The college is administered by a Managing Committee of Udai Pratap College Educational Society. The committee is comprised of the persons of very high reputation and position in INDIA. The President of the committee at present is Hon. Justice K. N. Singh, Ex Chief Justice, Supreme Court of India and Ex. Chairman, Law Commission of India.
Thakur Lalji Singh is Vice-President of the Committee. He was General Manager, NE Railways.
The secretary of the committee is Prof. R. P. Singh. He has served as Vice-chancellor, Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Raja Chandra Mani Kant Singh, Bhinaga, Baharaich (U. P.) is a life-member of the committee. He is the successor of the founder, Late Raja Udai Pratap Singh Judev
The general administration and supervision of the college is carried out by the PRINCIPAL of this college, Dr. Om Prakash Singh. He joined this college on 26th November, 2007. Earlier he has served the Paliwal Post Graduate College, Shikohabad (U. P.) as Principal from 16 July 1990 to 25 November 2007. Dr. Singh served as Lecturer and Reader in Dept. of Physics at M. L. K. (P. G.) College, Balarampur (U. P.) from 15 October 1974 to 15 July 1990. He has obtained his M. Sc. degree in Physics from Gorakhpur University and Ph. D. degree from Benaras Hindu University. He has published 22 papers in National and International journals of repute. He has attended several conferences/symposia/seminars within the country and abroad. Five students have been awarded Ph. D. degree under his supervision.
