The college is administered by a Managing Committee of Udai Pratap College
Educational Society. The committee is comprised of the persons of very high
reputation and position in INDIA.The President of the committee at present is Hon Justice
K.N.Singh, Ex Chief Justice, Supreme Court of India.
The general administration and supervision
of the college is carried out by the PRINCIPAL
of this college Dr. R.S. Singh.

Dr. O. P. Singh is the Principal of the college. He joined this college on 26th November, 2007. He has obtained his M. Sc. degree in Physics from Gorakhpur University and Ph. D. from Benaras Hindu University.

A Managing Committee of Udai Pratap College Educational Society administers
all institutions in the campus. The members of the committee are highly placed
persons or have retired from these. They are drawn from various segments of the society.
The
president of the committee is Hon' Justice K.N.Singh, Ex. Chief Justice of
Supreme Court of India and Ex. Chairman, Law Commission of India. The secretary of the committee is Prof.
R. P. Singh who looks after general administration of the college. Raja Chandra Mani Kant Singh, present successor of
Rajarshi is a life-member of the committee.
