Facilities for the welfare of Students:

Bhartiya Bhasha Kendra established by U.P. Govt. offers certificate courses in 13 Indian languages - Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannar, Gujarati, Bengali, Marathi, Assamese, Punjabi, Sindhi, Kashmiri, Nepali and Oriya.

In the College campus, IGNOU has opened a study center (2708) through which thousands of students get distance education in numerous disciplines.

College Library College Hospital

The College has a fully computerized central library with 100800 books, 45 periodicals, Xerox facility.

The College has a Health Centre for students and staff, which consists of 10 beds hospital. It is monitored by 1 Resident Doctor and 5 nursing staff.

It has a swimming pool, sport facility for football, volleyball, basketball, hockey, wrestling, Long-jump, High-jump, Shot-put and others. Some of the students have represented at University and national levels. It has the facility of Gymnasium and the students have done very well in Gymnastic. The alumni of the college have been Olympians, Arjun awardee and Laxman awardee.

Sandhya Hall

There is a limited hostel facility for accommodating 500 boys and 40 girls.The girls hostel is shared with other institutions of the Educational Society. Hostels are neat and clean and well maintained. The staff quarters are shared by other educational institutions of the Educational Society. There is Sandhya Hall where the students pray in the evening. The cooperative society is unique with 300 staff and 800 student members. It operates on no loss no profit basis and provides the facilities for procurement from vegetables to all house hold items.

Dairy Farm (Cow Shed) Poultry Farm

The college also has 50 acres of agricultural farm, dairy and poultry farm and fish ponds. The animals and birds are in healthy conditions. The students carry out "Earn while you learn" units. There exist sericulture unit through which the farmers are also benefited. The student of agriculture faculty stay for 40 days under RAWE programme in the villages to help in carrying out the agricultural and social reforms on scientific basis.

NSS units

There are two NSS units of boys and one NSS unit of girl students comprising of a total 300 students. There are two companies of NCC under which 270 boys and 70 girl cadets are enrolled. There is also a shooting range where boys and girls participate in shooting. These students undertake various activities like pulse polio drive, blood donation camp and anti-corruption drive. In 2004-05, 2 NCC cadets took part in pre Republic parade in Lucknow and 1 cadet in Republic parade at New Delhi.

The college has an outstanding history of illustrious alumni. To mention a few are, former PM, Sh, V.P. Singh, HRD Minister Sh. Arjun Singh, Chief Justice of India Sh. K.N. Singh, well known writer Dr. Namwar Singh, former governer late L.P. Singh, PadamBushan Sh. R.B. Singh and many vice chancellors like Dr. Panjab Singh and Dr. Kirti Singh. Hokey Olympian Late Vivek Singh and Mr. Md. Shahid belong to this college.
